שאלה האם לפי סעיף זה מגיע אחרי 3 חודשים של עבודה הודעה מוקדמת של 60 יום?

Term and Termination
5.1 The term of employment under this Agreement will begin as of the Commencement Date and will continue unless either party gives the other prior written notice as follows: during the first 3 months as of the Commencement Date the notice period shall be thirty (30) days. As of the laps of three (3) months as of the Commencement Date the notice period shall be sixty (60) days.
