we have with my wife a flat (the only one in israel) in tlv and i would lke to transfer to her my 50%,
both of us are tourists, and the value is not more than 2.000.000
i heard about new law tax.
do we have to pay tax for this free transfer

תושבי חוץ עדיין יכולים לקבל פטור ממס שבח בהעברה ללא תמורה. שווי מס הרכישה יהיה שליש ממס הרכישה הרגיל שהיה משתלם.
