האם בית הדין לעבודה מוסמך לדון בתביעה על האזנת סתר ופיטורין ללא שימוע?

ברצוני לתבוע את המעסיק לשעבר בגין עבירה פלילית שבוצע נגדי במקום העבודה - האזנת
סתר (יש ביכולתי להוכיח זאת). בעקבות האזנת הסתר פוטרתי לאלתר מהעבודה ללא שימוע כדין.
אני מעוניין לתבוע על הפרת חובה חקוקה (האזנת סתר). האם בסמכות בית הדין לעבודה לדון בתביעה זו.
