| My question is; we own a plot of land in Jerusalem, it is registered as 2 yechidot diur, and currently has 135m built, there is now permission to build 174m. if we recieve new taba giving us an extra 250m, thus building 4 apartments. My questions are as follows;1 . can I get a patur on each appartment as none will be larger than 140m?2. if any appartment is larger than 140m do i pay hetel hashbacha on the whole appartment or only above 140m?If I live in the appartment 4 years, when do I pay (rather Not pay) the hetel? is it not paid upon approval of building plans?Thank you!
