איך אפשר לתבוע את הקונה על חוב לאחר שעבר לישראל?

Hi,
I was wondering if you could please help.
I sold a car for £18000. the buyer and I had an agreement for him to pay me £1000 every month until the car is fully paid off.
He only paid me for 3 months (£3000) and now I found out he ran away and living in Israel.
Is there any way I could chase the money he owes me, now that he is in Israel and I'm in England?
I will appreciate any advice.

You need to find an ISRAELI lawyer and sue the buyer for the rest of the money.
