My appartment is registered in the Tabo in my name and my mothers. She did not pay for the appartment but I added her name for legal purposes. I now want to remove her name but she refuses to do so...what can I do?

You can't "remove" your mother's name from the Tabo. It is a real estate transaction and both sides have to sign all the needed documents. she must cooperate with this. In certain
