I worked at a startup company during 2009 for 3 months and did not receive a salary. I received 3 salary slips but NO transfer of payment into my bank account. On the day of the court hearing (almost a year later) the company agreed to sign a contract and settle out of court. As of today, I have only received partial payment. What do you suggest I do? Do I return to Beit HaDin LeAvoda again, or approach the small claims court or open a file at Hotzaat Hapoal? What is the most cost effective and efficient way to handle this situation?
The company is still in existence and employs aproximately10 people in Rehovot. There are currently 6 additional people in my situation who are still awaiting their salaries from 2009.
