כיצד ניתן להוכיח רשלנות רפואית בעקבות נזק לאחר טיפול פיזיוטראפי?

I have previsouly been to the orthopedic dr for a foot problem regarding my arches.  He referred me to a physio therapist whom taught me excersizes and which I went to her weekly.  At one point she said to keep doing the excersizes and that I do not need to come back to her.  I have been doing the excersizes and now have damages my toes and need toe surgery.  It seems that there should have been follow up.  I will have out of pocket expenses, which I not think I have to pay for.  I have xrays of my feet prior to the physio and now after, for the surgery.  I was considering small claims, as I hear that an expert opinion is costly and I do not have the funds for.  What do you recommend please.

הטענה כי הנזק נגרם כתוצאה מתרגילי פזיוטראפינ שביצעת בביתך על פי הוראת הפיזיוטרפיסטית היא טענה לא קלה להוכחה. לטעמי עלייך להיוועץ עם אורטופד תחילה שיאשר או ישלול את טענותייך. התביעה בכל מקרה איננה מתאימה לתביעות קטנות משום שדורשת הוכחת עניינים שברפואה
